National AccessAbility Week Event Series
May 25 to June 5, 2026
Build confidence. Expand possibilities.
National AccessAbility Week (NAAW) at York brings together students, staff, faculty and employers to explore accessibility in the workplace. Hosted by Student Accessibility Services (SAS) in collaboration with the Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work (CCRW), this year’s programming is designed to help you build confidence, strengthen your voice and take meaningful steps toward your future.
Through interactive skill-building, practical sessions on navigating the job search and self-advocacy, and opportunities to connect with inclusive employers, NAAW 2026 offers practical ways to grow your skills and move forward with clarity. From real-world insights to hands-on experiences like the Empowering Access: Career Resource Fair, the week creates space to learn, ask questions and gain momentum.
