The Career Ready: International Student Conference (CRC) 2026 is designed specifically for international undergraduate students who want to build confidence, expand their professional networks, and prepare for success in the Canadian job market. The conference will feature engaging speakers, interactive sessions, and opportunities to connect with peers, alumni and employers.

Career Ready Student Showcase is a unique opportunity for students attending the Career Ready Conference to share their career journeys in a supportive, peer-to-peer learning environment. Through poster board presentations, you will have the option to highlight personal experiences, insights, and lessons learned while navigating the Canadian job market.

Attending the Career Ready International Student Conference was one of the most impactful experiences I have had this semester. The keynote speaker, career ready student showcase, workshops, and alumni networking sessions were all extremely informative and gave me a clearer sense of direction for my professional path. I especially appreciated the opportunity to connect with other international students who share similar goals and challenges. The environment felt very supportive, and the organizers put a lot of care into making the conference engaging, from the networking lunch to the professional headshot session. I left feeling more confident, equipped, and excited for what comes next in my career journey.
