We all have mental health, just like we all have physical health. Our team uses a destigmatizing approach to educate students on mental health. We cover a wide range of topics including depression and anxiety, stress, mental illness, and burnout.
We also offer more in-depth training on crisis support such as our Student Mental Health 101 and our suicide prevention programs found here.
