Through our nutrition programming, we aim to help students develop good eating habits by offering practical tips that is great for a busy lifestyle. We educate students on Canada’s food guide, the importance of micro and macro nutrients, and teach students how to read nutrition labels. We also offer tips and guidance on how to incorporate healthy eating into a student lifestyle and budget.
