BE at Your Best
Student Counselling, Health and Well-being (SCHW) helps you build resilience and realize your full potential while maximizing your journey as a York student. Manage the challenges of university life by accessing supports including walk-in counseling, peer consulting, workshops and more. Students are welcome to express their preference to meet with counsellors of a particular identity (e.g., Black, male, female, LGBTQ2S+).
Support Black Student Achievement
Student Financial Services (SFS) is committed to your success and strives to provide the financial assistance you need to meet your academic goals. To address the systemic barriers Black students face in post-secondary education, York University has created a special program aimed at increasing financial supports and opportunities available to Black students.
